I am currently offering telehealth therapy via HIPAA compliant platforms, in-person sessions on select days, and "walk and talk" sessions if requested for individual adolescents and adults.
My focus is to help individuals heal by utilizing a combination of modalities that best suits their needs. I use evidence based practices such as: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to name a few.
My goal is to help you identify and grow from your struggles. I achieve this collaboratively by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan together.
