Our Therapy

Therapy can be beneficial for teens to help strengthen their confidence, improve communication skills, problem solve, feel less isolated, learn emotion regulation, and improve overall mood. I work with teenagers mostly 16+.

Adults seek therapy for a variety of reasons such as: life changes, grief, difficulty with interpersonal relationships, self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, illness, and more. 

If you are struggling in your relationship or marriage and want an impartial sounding board, then couples therapy might be beneficial for you. Learn how to fight fair, gain perspective, improve communication, and resolve relationship roadblocks.  

If the idea of sitting down for fifty minutes feels a bit overwhelming, maybe a "walk and talk" session is for you. We meet at a public park and spend the duration of the session walking. This is not workout-based, an ethical practices are still maintained.

 This includes clinical interview, rating scales, and differential diagnostic assessment as well as full report including findings and recommendations for treatment. Also includes 30-min report review session. Assessment is available to individuals age 16+
