Adults seek therapy for a variety of reasons such as: life changes, grief, difficulty with interpersonal relationships, self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, illness, and more. I am most comfortable working with adults ages 18+.
If the idea of sitting down for fifty minutes feels a bit overwhelming, maybe a "walk and talk" session is for you. We meet at a public park and spend the duration of the session walking. This is not workout-based, an ethical practices are still maintained.
