Please note that Headway does not allow insurance coverage for neuropsychological testing. I am in the process of credentialing independently with a select few insurances. Until that process is complete, Autism and ADHD testing will be private pay only. Please reach out to confirm if I can accept your insurance for testing.

Individual sessions $150

Couples Session $175

Autism Testing $800 (including clinical interview)

ADHD Testing $550 (including clinical interview)

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If I have not heard from you and you are 15+ minutes late, it will be considered a "late cancel." Late cancellation / no shows will be charged $100. Insurance does not cover the cost of late cancellations.

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, all uninsured and self-pay clients will receive a Good Faith Estimate upon request and/or prior to your scheduled appointment.
